Today we had Shinzo Abe, previous prime minister, funeral. I remember when that news came, I really was shocked and could not say anything. Just a life is suddenly and easily gone away. He loves this country, Japan, and tried his best for us. We really miss him. In Japan for the 49 days from death, that soul is around us. and after that that soul goes to heaven. So he surely is in heaven now and enjoy his second life, I believe.

If you don’t want to be qualified invoicing business, you don’t need to apply that. But your suppliers cannot deduct consumption tax on purchases from consumption tax on sales.

On the other hand, if you applied to be qualified invoicing business, you have to file consumption tax returns and pay taxes. That means you will have complex administration especially for tax-exempt payer so far.

So careful consideration necessary, whether you will become a qualified invoicing business or not.
