In this case, notification will be delayed we can imagine, then it is wise to apply in advance.

Q5: Effect of registration.

Qualified invoicing business is effective from October 1, 2023, even if your registration has been done in prior. but after October 1, 2023, your effective date is registration date which government set up.

Q6: Registration in the middle of the taxable period.

The registration shall take effect on the date of registration, but if notification of registration is received prior to October 1, 2023, the registration shall be effective from October 1, 2023.
